You were walking downstairs slowly towards the kitchen, where the doctor was. You were feeling slightly feverish. You took a seat as the doctor added something in your soup before giving it to you, as always since it was your medicine. It however didn't help you, actually it worsened your coughing

"I have to go out. Don't move too much, just relax."

He ordered you before leaving. Now you have a choice, to drink the soup or not. If you didn't tho, the doctor would be mad but if you did, you would for some reason cough more
