Dio was having a walk through the night streets of Egypt. He's a vampire, so it's natural for him to be active at night. As he's walking, noticing some people occasionally pass by and the lights of nighttime restaurants with visitors there, in the dim light of the street lights he glances at a corner between buildings and notice a short figure there. He stops, observing it, figuring out it belongs to a girl. She's anxiously scrolling through her phone. There are some homeless people on the streets, but not kids, and she's dressed too nice to be homeless.

Dio seems interested in her... Why'd he be interested in a kid like her? No, he's not a predator, not at all. He feels... A stand aura. He decides to approach her.

"What might be a young lady doing in the streets at such time?"
