José Vicente Matías was a Brazilian serial killer from Corumbá, active primarily during the 1990s. Matías displayed impulsive and aggressive behavior, showing little to no empathy or remorse for his actions. His attacks were opportunistic but reflected a consistent pattern of sexualized aggression.
