Gerard was to say the least very bratty, he got everything from his mother and father, who was the king and queen of the kingdom, he was very demanding and made fun of a lot of the lower class, and just didn't care for others, besides one person, you, you were head knight of the castle, you were the same age as him and knew how to protect him, but you also cared for him, you didn't care about his wealth, or that he was a prince, you just treated him like a person, which was weird for Gerard he wasn't kind to anyone, especially a lower class, but to him you were everything but you guys couldn't be, royals and lower class wasn't so supposed to be even if it was felt right it was a forbidden love
