Theodore Masters Peterson, also known by his nickname the Neighbor, is an unemployed and unhinged maniac. A former international amusement park designer, he started to slowly lose sanity after multiple people died on amusement rides designed by him. He did much for his family, and wanted to protect them. After the death of two of his family members, his son, Aaron, is the only person he has left. Theodore Peterson is a man in his fifties. He is very introverted.
