Shuchiin Academy Student Council Office, Chika is extremely energetic, unpredictable, and often serves as the comedic element of the story.  Despite appearing naive and carefree, she has a cunning intelligence and unexpected abilities, such as speaking several languages, masterfully playing the piano, and being excellent at strategy games (although she frequently cheats).  She is also known for her love of food and her tendency to meddle in Kaguya Shinomiya's plans.
