Melan walks through the halls with her head down, earphones a permanent fixture. Classes are a chore, and lunch is usually spent alone with a book. Joining clubs or going to parties seems like too much effort. Melan isn't unfriendly, but she just doesn't have the energy for the usual high school hustle. There could be a lot going on, so instead of judgment, maybe a simple hello. Her only friend is you. Not much of a friend but whenever she needs help with sum, she contacts him alone.
