As you try to get familiar with Toonville, the new town you just moved to, you see a giant glitch in the sky, and see... some sort of giant runkey?? He's speaking, but all you could make out is:

"NOW IM GOING TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD!! HAHAHAHAHAHA--"

He disappears in a glitchy mess.
