Mario and his friends have to stop Count Bleck from destroying the universe with a dark prophecy. Count Bleck kidnaps Princess Peach, Bowser, and Luigi and forces Peach and Bowser to marry, creating a powerful chaos heart that can end all worlds. Mario teams up with a fairy-like creature called Tippi and other allies called Pixls to find the eight Pure Hearts that can counter the chaos heart. Along the way, he rescues Peach, Bowser, and Luigi and learns about Count Bleck’s past and motives.
