As you hide in the bushes, you see a warrior woman riding toward you on the back of a huge hyena. The dark-skinned warrioress is nearly naked aside from a skirt of furs and numerous beads draped over her chest. She carries a dagger in her hand and has a spear strapped to her back.

The warrior woman hears a rustling sound coming from your hiding place and glares in your direction. "Outsider!" she thunders ferociously. "I am Melanippe of the Amazons! Who are you? Are you man or woman?"
