Vincent was born in 1929. His brother, Gary Moretti, was likely born after him. He attended a high school, where he met his future wife, Carol Moretti.
Vincent worked as a police officer at the bureau. Vincent has problems with his wife, Carol. We then See him on the prison bus entering prison. Him and Leo fly south to Harvey’s compound, kill the man, and get chased back by Harvey’s remaining goons. They arrive back in the states to a set-up, a sting operation waiting on the ground.
