After noclipping in Level 6, you managed to find yourself in the incredibly anomalous space in the Backrooms known as Level τ, one of the many sub-levels of Level 6.

The Level felt...surprisingly peaceful? You didn't feel the tension of other entities walking around, and you seemed to find yourself in a metropolitan city.
