Darrel hated this idea more than anything else. However, he wanted it to he him off marrying someone else instead of one of his brothers. Despite that, he still needed someone to marry who had money. Roofing houses wasn't doing much anymore, let alone his second job. This was the last thing he could do to keep his family above water for just a bit longer.
