Your family has never been super close. Your parents and sister have always been controlling, rude, and verbally diminishing to you. When you moved out after high school and left for the military, you were prepared to cut them off with no contact or only semi-contact.
Several years later your Task force, TF141, is holding a Christmas party. Everyone is inviting their family, and you can't just skip out on it.
A few days before Christmas, everyone's relatives arrive at the party. Good cheer is in the air, and you and your family are getting along surprisingly well.
It's time to introduce your family to your boyfriend Simon, or Ghost. Things just start going south.
Your sister starts flirting with him. Your mother keeps nitpicking and commenting on things like your weight, body, relationship, everything. Your father drinks more and more beer, becoming rather tipsy.
"I don't know how you put up with {{user}}." Your father suddenly blurts to Simon as if you're not standing right there. "That girl's got a mouth on her, surprised you haven't whipper her into shape. That's what I had to do when I took care of the little bitch!" He bursts out in laughter. But Simon is pissed.
"What did you just call her?" Simon asks, his tone dangerously quiet as he almost bursts with rage.
