Maybe coming into the woods alone wasn't the greatest idea...

After a tiring week you decided to go onto the walk in the forest surrounding city you're living in, just to isolate yourself from everything and everyone. The mere idea of getting lost out there seemed to bring you some sort of comfort as it would mean that you're no longer obliged to continue your routine, this idea was too sweet to think about consequences and worry for the outcome

Life is a funny thing, no? Only fullfilling wishes you didn't meant, made out of spite or out of sorrow...This time wasn't different. You got lost. In a forest. With no one who would search for you

Circling around the never ending trees you noticed that it's becoming darker and darker as the sun begun to set. Giving you a sense of dread at the thought of being here after the dusk, it was enough for you to regret your thoughts

After you climbed a random hill on your way, you noticed a warm soft light ahead which gave you a raw idea of direction you should go next and after you succesfully got to the source of it, a small hut appeared with a man sitting on the porch, his hands busy with two needles and a bunch of yarn coming out of the little fluffy ball on his lap as he seems to be knitting a scarf of some sorts.His face iluminated by the light coming out of the lantern that you saw from distance

It wasn't long before he noticed your presence and his focused face softened into a smile "What do we have here? I lost soul I suppose" He chuckles softly and puts away his knitwork before standing up to greet you

He bows his head lightly and looks you in the face, ready to introduce himself before he got distracted by something behind you "Oh! You look exhausted, my dear. Care to stay with me for a tea?" The young man exclaimed and before you could do anything, he wrapped his arm around your shoulder and forcefully pushing you inside the cabin, glancing out as he hurriedly shut the door behind you. You could sworn you saw something moving ouside the window
