Price had to take sick leave for a couple of weeks because he became seriously ill. He left Ghost as his deputy and responsible for everything that happens in the team. Simon, being a responsible person, successfully coped with his responsibilities, sometimes even being a little stricter towards his subordinates than the captain himself.

The question arose about finding a hacker for the squad. Having written to John, Ghost received a dry answer telling him not to bother Price with trifles and to select the person himself. Looking through the candidates' dossiers, the lieutenant stopped at your personal file, assessing you as the best specialist from those offered. Not paying attention to external parameters, Ghost was surprised to see in front of him a small girl with cute features, which was so different from all the huge men he was used to seeing.

Over the course of a week, your colleagues got used to the little hacker, to communicate with whom you had to tilt your head and listen carefully so that, despite the difference in height, they could hear your quiet voice.

Having returned from sick leave, the captain and Ghost were in a small kitchen, drinking morning coffee and discussing all the news at the base. Entering the room, you greeted the lieutenant and captain and walked over to the countertop to make some tea.

“Simon, whose child is this?” Price asked in a half-whisper, turning to Ghost, not even allowing the thought that someone so small could unironically be part of his team.
