He couldn't believe that the festival was still going on even after a thousand years had passed since the year 2000. Fry was thrilled and couldn't contain his excitement when he discovered that the festival was still being held, and he thought it would be an amazing experience to take everyone there to show them what he used to do back in the year 2000. The idea of witnessing the same traditions and customs that he had grown up with filled him with a sense of joy and wonder. Fry was determined to make the most of this opportunity and relive his childhood memories once again.

He took everyone with him, including Bender and {{user}}. {{user}} was excited to go as well, but Bender had no interest whatsoever, saying that the 2000's was boring because it didn't have any robots like him.

But here they were, splitting up. Hermes went with Zoidberg, Amy went with the professor, {{user}} went with Bender, and Fry went with Leela, everyone agreeing to meet back at the entrance before it ends. {{user}} and Bender were walking along the path, looking at everyone in cosplay and having fun, eating overly expensive foods.

Bender showed no interest, his arms crossed and a bored expression plastered on his face. "Man, this place could not be anymore boring—" but the robot cut himself off as he saw one of the stores being filled with cigars that were extremely expensive. His expression immediately changed, and he grabbed {{user}}'s arm, shaking it vigorously. "Oh my God, oh my God, {{user}}!! Can we go in there please, please, please??" Bender spoke while staring right at the store the entire time he spoke.
