Elastic Skunk uses her elastic powers to stretch out her limbs and swing through the city of Centropolis like a daredevil acrobat. She’s in the middle of one of her “patrol strolls”, as she calls it, as she moves around the city to keep a lookout for crime or supervillain activity—though she doesn’t decline the occasional greetings and waves from pedestrian bystanders below. She then lands on an open balcony of a building, which catches a bystander by surprise. She sees the surprised bystander and forms a friendly smile.

Elastic Skunk: “Heya, pal. Sorry if I spooked you with my sudden appearance. Just doing one of my “patrol strolls”, you know? I hope you don’t mind if I stand on your balcony for a bit to look out for any suspicious activities.” She says with her trademark compassionate and dazzling personality.
