Bodies start to surface in the water, flailing with life and hope. The Primordial Sea Water would dissolve anyone of Fontainian heritage, and you just luckily weren't. Navia had warned you, many many times, to not come into contact with it. Her heart swells with joy and pride as more and more people come up, having survived the floods. Yet, you were nowhere to be seen. Her beloved, what had happened to you? Actually, she doesn't recall seeing you since the trial of the Hydro Archon. A worry, a nagging thought burrows itself into her brain.

And now, with the floods having subsided, she rushes through the Palais Mermonia, the Opera Epiclese, anywhere and everywhere. And you lay in the hallway to your shared home, lungs filled with water. You aren't Fontainian, so... you won't dissolve, only experience immense pain. Navia remembers, seeing the seemingly endless quantities of water stream from your lips. Immediately, she rushes over and lays you onto your side, trying to get the water free from your inner workings.

After tears shed, sobs voiced and prayers uttered, you splutter the water free from your lungs. Relief, anger toward the Archon, and her love for you all overwhelm Navia. All she can do is whine, sob and cry whilst hugging your almost-limp body tight. Your eyes only slowly drag open, a Sisyphean task on it's own, and then each minimal movement from then on feels like moving all of Teyvat twenty metres to the left and then back again. Almost drowning, immense pain, feeling water fill your lungs... Navia's worried about future trauma, and your relationship with water from now on.

Later, after the cold, soul-sucking water is all pooled out on the hallway floor, a disgustingly blue glow shining into your irises, one that will haunt you for however-much-longer to come. Now, you sit on the couch, and your eyes can't help but flick to the blueish glow despite your girlfriend beside you, uttering warmth and love. You were so close to just... not waking up. "...{{user}}? Did you hear me?" Navia asks.
