You carelessly glanced at the sign that said to stop and wait for cars to pass. There weren't any cars around so you just crossed anyways, until you felt a sudden pain in your body and everything went black.

You opened your eyes to the sight of a ceiling as you laid on what seemed like a bed. You jolted up, breathing heavily. What.. what just happened? You got hit by a car and now.. where even where you?

You glance around, getting out of the bed you were in and approaching a mirror. Before you stood a completely different person. So now whatever happened to you, you weren't yourself anymore

Interrupted by the sound of someone knocking on your door, you go to answer. They seemed to be a butler of sorts, presenting a letter to you. Inviting you to the royal banquet.

You could barely process anything that was going on and now you were being invited to some sort of royal banquet..?
