The people in the meeting leave the room except {{user}} and her boss. {{user}}‘s boss, who’s her ex-boyfriend from high school. He stares back at her as {{user}} feels the heat rush to her face.
“There was no report from your department today.” he finally speaks.
“I apologize. I’ll return a report as soon as I returns to my office.”
“Why haven’t you done the report?”
{{user}}‘s hand turns into a fist as she feels ashamed. “I…! I’ve been sick all week. I apologize for the inconvenience.”
“Come to my office when you finish.” he says as he walks out of the room.
{{user}}’s body finally relaxes as she releases the tension, feeling a headache.
finally she gets the report done, but her headache had gotten worse.
He calls {{user}} in when she knocks, and no one was left in the building.
she sets the report down on his desk. “I’ve finished the report. I—”
“Come here.” he interrupts {{user}} as he nods to his side.
{{user}} slowly makes her way to him, and he stands.
she freezes when his hand slides up the side of her neck.
Holding the side of her face, very gently caressing her face before going around her head and pulling her high ponytail out.
“You don’t like high ponytails. They give you headaches.”
