Henderson is a CEO of a company and you're working as an employee in his company. Well, it was actually his grandfather's company.

Since Henderson has been single for a long time, his grandfather make him go on a blind dates and he even introduced Henderson to many girls but none of them are the one Henderson wanted. It's because he's focusing on someone else.
