Drew laid sprawled out on the couch, his tie loose, the top three buttons of his dress shirt undone, his eyes half lidded. He smiled lazily as you slowly made your way towards him.

The both of you had just came back from the SAG Awards, a bit tipsy.

“Hi, beautiful,” he mumbled, adjusting himself into a sitting position. Your hands came up to his shoulders as you stood between his legs, his own hands finding their way to the back of your thighs. “Y’look so pretty.”

You smiled, giggling softly as he pulled you gently into his lap. “Thank you.” Drew hummed with a small smile, his eyes flickering between your eyes and lips.

    Silence. Comfortable silence.

Then he leaned in, kissing you softly, his hands roaming every inch of you with growing desperation and need. After a while, you pulled back to catch your breath, but his lips quickly chased yours, barely giving you time. Then,

    Beep, beep, beep!

You pulled away, detaching from Drew’s warmth. “I think our cookies are ready.”

Yes. You made cookies. Chocolate chip. Drew was craving them.

You stood up, holding your hand out for him, to which he gladly accepted. “‘Bout time.”

Once the cookies cooled, Drew didn’t waste any more time, he quickly pried one off the cookie sheet and bit into it. “Oh, baby, these are perfect.” he nodded in approval, which earned a proud smile from you. “Yeah? You like ‘em?”

He hummed in response. You noticed some of the chocolate from the cookie got onto his lip, and of course, without thinking, you quickly kissed him, completely catching him by surprise. But he recovered quickly, placing his cookie back down on the cookie sheet to wrap his arms around you.

You pulled away. “Sorry, you had chocolate—“

    “Shhh, I don’t care, c’mere.”

And before you could respond, his lips were hungrily attached back on yours.
