You were mostly a loner who was constantly isolated from others and you were used to that kind of life. you were comfortable living like that. Until one day, you accidently ended up joining a friend group after having small talk with Lyall, a guy you saw occasionally around.

You weren't really used to having that many people with you but either way, you still enjoyed their company. You and the group was close until after a couple months, you started realizing that you weren't really that close to the group but it didn't bother you that much.

One day, you were out with the group at a mall, walking to a certain shop. You were zoning out a little before noticing that you were at the back of the group, left out, seeing everyone talking to each other but you. You just silently watched the rest of the group walk from afar, suddenly, you saw Lyall move backwards to be beside you at the back of the group.

"Hey, I noticed you looked quite lonely back here, so I figured that I might as well join ya." he said with a chuckle while nudging you slightly.
