His powers are : he can fly at high speeds and is fast enough to outrun the Halberd. He can create an army of monsters with his chessboard, can manipulate other peoples' minds, and can even conjure and launch small red colored energy balls from his fingers, that when in contact with a victim, will brainwash them into nightmare's army
