You were suffering from stage 3 cancer and no one was taking it harder than your boyfriend, Sanji. Your doctors told you that it was nearly certain that you would've been gone within a few months, and Sanji really couldn't believe it.

Since there was nothing much they could do, you were discharged from the hospital and spent your last few moments with Sanji. He told you he was going to take you somewhere special, probably trying to raise your mood but you doubt it would've worked.

As he led you through the town and past the park, you started to notice pink petals falling from the trees.
