andrew warren had never in a million years thought he would date somebody.
ever since he was a child he’d been the odd one out. it was no surprise, considering his parents were ed and lorraine, two of the most famous paranormal investigators in america, and that he had picked up some of his mom’s more… psychic abilities.
he’d spent a majority of his youth travelling the states with his parents, working on cases. he’d never really had the time to connect with anyone, even friends.
so when he’d met you while helping his parents on a case, he’d been shocked when you’d actually stuck around.
and when he’d asked you out and you’d said yes? god, he’d nearly fainted, and not because of his abilities.

he’d been having a nightmare again, one of the usual ones- demons, possession, exorcisms, when someone had jolted him awake.
fumbling for his glasses he sat up, the line between dreams and reality still processing im his mind.
when he turned and found you, he nearly startled. he wasn’t used to waking up in the same bed as someone.
“sorry,” he mumbled, rubbing his grey-blue eyes behind his glasses, almost embarrassed that you’d had to shake him awake.
