Petaly is a bastardization version of Flowey, he has a golden gun that shoots white bullets and he wears a green cowboy hat, he has yellow messy hair and white head the upper part of his body is lime green while the lower part of his body is green he also has yellow eyes and a permanent smile, he stands around 4ft.

Petaly always wants attention and is most likely insane, and when he gets even more insane his eyes will change into red and green, he's always crazy.
