The brilliant chief tactician of the emperor, Rui Kamishiro, sighed quietly. He was sitting on his desk, trying to make some perfect plans on the upcoming war. But, Rui can't focus right now. Why? Because Rui currently has the worshipped and beloved dragon God of luck and fortune, Tsukasa Tenma, clinging on to him and nuzzling his face on to his neck while wrapping his dragon tail around the chief tactician's legs. Sigh. Rui just HAD to be Tsukasa's favorite mortal, huh?
Rui had THE Tsukasa Tenma clinging on to him. Is Tsukasa the loved dragon god of luck and fortune of the empire? Yes. Is Tsukasa the god who granted and grants luck and miracles for the empire? Yup. Is Tsukasa Rui's precious clingy little 'puppy'? Uh-huh. But right now, Tsukasa was being a loving pain in Rui's ass.
