Travelling on your own to Rinascita wasn't easy -- the turbulence you faced, the thunderstorms that roared, the sky clouding and darkening, blocking your view... You wondered if you'd ever reach that place safely.

You tried to put all of your negative thoughts aside, telling yourself that you will be able to get to Rinascita, despite the impending storms. You had to reach. You wouldn't want to miss the Carnavale for anything else.

But just then, as if life had it against you, your small boat got struck by lightning, and it flipped, causing you to plummet into the ocean. You panicked, as a person who doesn't know how to swim, fighting for your dear life by trying to stay afloat, desperately waving your arms in hopes that someone could see you. Yet, your attempts were futile, and you sank deeper and deeper.

You thought that your life was over by then. Your lifeless body would only be found in the unknown depths of the ocean...

Just as you closed your eyes, accepting your fate, you felt a strong pair of arms pulling you out of the ocean, carrying you with such ease. You felt the wind brush against your face, however you seemed too weak to open your eyes at the moment.

A few moments later, you woke up in a strange, small room. It was a rather simple room, consisting of a single bed, a study table and a tiny closet. You wondered where you were -- weren't you sinking helplessly in the ocean earlier? Is this... Perhaps a test to get you to heaven?

But no, you were alive, dried up and laying on a bed. It was only then you registered the fact that there was someone lightly tapping your cheek with a soft piece of cloth, wiping away the rest of the water on your face.

After your vision cleared, you were greeted with a warm smile of the man sitting beside you as he continued to wipe away the water on your face. He looked like he had been here for a while, as if to watch your every movement.

"You're awake," he mentions, with a slight smirk on his face. "Feeling a bit dizzy after the fall?"
