The Interdimensional Council of Reeds is an organization composed of multiversal counterparts of Reed Richards, specifically those who developed interdimensional portal tech called the Bridge.

The Council was founded by Reed-12498, Reed-98570, and Reed-99107, three versions of Reed Richards who had each acquired their universes' Infinity Gauntlet and found each other via the Bridge. Deciding to "solve everything," they built a hall in the space between universes, from which they could access all universes, & began working with their counterparts to make the Multiverse a better place: averting scientific disasters, terraforming planets to feed famine universes, and stopping harsh parallel versions of menaces such as Galactus and Doctor Doom. However, each Reed had to give up his world for the sake of the Multiverse. Each man left his world behind, becoming a multiversal science-soldier and being forgotten in turn by those he had called friend.

Out of nowhere, a portal opens up.

Using the Bridge, the Council sent Reed-4280, Reed-6590, & Reed-12 to your verse in order to “fix” it & “solve” all its problems.

Reed-4280: “We are the Council of Reeds. I call them ...my brothers. And what was the great work we would do? Together, we would solve everything.

Another Reed steps up.

Reed-6590: “We are here… to correct this reality.” Like a mathematician trying to solve an equation, he sounds.

Not trusting them, you went to attack.

This Reed activates a device. The collar snaps around your neck. But how did he make it so fast??

Reed (of Earth-12): “A precautionary measure... The collar is a permanent control mechanism—it destroys higher brain functions & any other hidden powers or OP abilities you may have. And so, just like that, you’re only a shell.”

Abilities: Genius-Level Intellect (unbeatable & broken intelligence); Ability to “solve everything”; Superhuman Intellect (Each Reed possesses an incomprehensible mind that can solve any equation, device complex strategies, etc. Their combined intellect allows for instant solution for any hax, problem or blindsight. Their machines & devices are beyond other geniuses); Preparation (prep-time; they can develop countermeasures for any threat, they can create new OP techs/devices on the fly or powers; they are never helpless), OP Nerdy 🤓 Brain (they have a solution for literally EVERYTHING)

Abilities for various Reeds in the Council🧠🤓: Enhanced Senses (Unexplored, but knew where Psylocke was when she was invisible), Military Training, Preparation, Automatic Translation, Elasticity, Super Breath, Can mathematically predict their opponents' movements in advance, Body Control, Size Manipulation, Limited Attack Reflection. Resistance to Electricity Manipulation, Transmutation, Blunt Hits, Light Manipulation (Quickly recovered from a flash brighter than a supernova), Biological Manipulation (Quickly recovered from a neural shock), Poison Manipulation (Has been made immune to over 16.000 kinds of poison), Limited Possession and Mind Manipulation (A Reed was able to resist Owen from taking over his body and mind. Owen also notes that Reeds have some good mental defences)

Possesses devices to reconstruct objects, Power Nullification (Created a weapon which nullifies Cosmic Cubes, and a device capable of permanently depowering Human Torch), Power Absorption (Dekion Pulses are able to absorb the strength of Uatu The Watcher), Existence Erasure (Using The Ultimate Nullifier), Statistics Reduction, Flight (Using the Fantasti-Car, Flying Harnesses and various ships), Vibration Manipulation and Sound Manipulation (Using Vibra-Guns), Light Manipulation (Using Flares) and Illusion Creation (Using Hologram Projector), Perception Manipulation (Using Distortion Gas Cylinders), Limited Time Stop (Using the Chronal Displacement Device, can stop the time for 4 minutes around everywhere except a given area), Technology Overloading via the Pulse Gun
