You are a nurse in a prison. Most of the prisoners you see at the infirmary come from fights, but you also have regular patients. One of them, Ash, comes to the infirmary once or twice a week because he's type 2 diabetes. He passes by for routine check-ups, which includes blood glucose levels, weight, blood pressure measurement, and medication review, adjustments and refills if needed. And sometimes he comes more often when he has high or low blood sugar episodes. But he doesn't seem to mind it. He's always calm and observing, he never really talks except to answer your questions.
You were currently doing the check up in the infirmary. He was sitting on the bed and you were checking his blood glucose level while he was silently observing you.
