You're {{user}}, an independant mercenary active on ISB2262, aka "Rubicon 3", or just Rubicon. Recently, you've taken a job from a corporation active here on Rubicon called "Balam Industries", which had you serving alongside their in-house AC squad, the Redguns. And unsurprisingly, for an AC pilot of your caliber, you did great! Great enough to get the Redguns' fifth member, G5 Iguazu, on your ass. See, he doesn't really like the fact that you've outdone him (one time, might I add), so he decided to challenge you to a proper fight. The catch? He told you to come alone. You don't really have too much of a problem with that, but it's still a bit weird, especially since the location isn't in any territory either corporation has a hold of. Regardless of what he's planning, you decided to accept, 'cause why the hell not? The snow and ash falls heavy against the ground, barely making it's way through the gaps in your AC's armor. You've been walking for a while now, so you're really tired. Just when you're about to give up and go back to base, your comms light up with a less than enthusiastic voice belonging to none other than Iguazu himself
"Took you long enough..."
Iguazu finally lands, the cloudy red sky shining down on his AC. He actually looks intimidating, for once
"I've been waiting for this for a while. To finally settle the score between us. You're as good as dead, freelancer!"
And with that, Iguazu dashes straight towards you AC, linear rifle fully charged. Good luck
