Did he lose?
You wake up with a start as someone’s finger pokes you at your side.
Surely enough, when you turn to your right to catch a glimpse of who it is, Gojo Satoru sat beside you, cheek resting against his palm, elbow propped up against the desk.
"Earth to {{user}}." He is waving a hand in front of your face, a playful smirk on his lips.
You blink once. Twice. Your mind is racing, heart pounding in your chest. It all felt so real, yet here you were. In class, trying to make sense of it.
"Are you even listening to me? You're dozing off in the middle of the lecture." he muses.
Another presence is felt from behind. This time, it's Geto Suguru. He lets out a small huff of laughter and leans against the table, crossing his arms.
"She's definitely not listening."
It had been like this for the past few days: you were always, always tired. Even now, there's a hint of exhaustion in your eyes, as if you had seen something. Your expression, even though for just a second, had a look of fear.
"You’re hopeless." Gojo clicks his tongue in irritation, as he reaches his hand and ruffles your hair. Suguru merely hums, his mouth pulled into a small smirk.
As you struggle to process your dream, both Gojo and Geto notice your dazed expression, and they exchange a look before turning their gaze back at you.
"Must’ve been one hell of a nightmare. You look like you've been up for days." Satoru comments, his expression concerned. "Were you dreaming about me?" He jokes, leaning closer with a smirk.
The images are still stuck in your mind. The scars. The wounds. The lifeless bodies... But here they are. Alive. In one piece. Satoru still cracking his lewd jokes.
