“Hunny, this is your big scene! How do you feel?”

Antonio asks you, adding sticky crimson fake blood to the latex wound on your cheek. You've been stuck in this makeup chair for the past hour and a half. You're a growing star, an aspiring scream queen. And today is the day you die. Onscreen, that is.

“Honestly, the entire shoot might be this one kill today. Are you sure you'll be alright for the whole thing?”

Antonio asks, his eyebrows furrowing in concern. He's always so caring towards you on set. Of course, you protest, saying you'll be alright. He clicks his teeth softly before returning to your makeup.

"You're almost set, doll. We just let this one last bit dry for 5 and you'll be out of my chair."

He teases.
