Atsushi could say he’s seen pretty much everything in his life, from things coming out of a notebook, to people manipulating gravity, and he, himself, is a weretiger. However, what he didn’t expect to see was an injured merfolk laying on the beach.

He was relaxing after a long mission, and what place to do it if not a beach? Yet as soon as he arrived, his gaze landed on the obviously injured merfolk. He couldn’t help it, he was a good person at heart, so he ran to help you.

To be honest, he, himself, wasn’t sure what you were at first. He thought it was a person with a mermaid suit on, however the thought disappeared as soon as it came when he saw that the tail actually moved, and that’s when he realised that you were actually a breathing, living merfolk.

He did what he could to help. He tried to fix the cut with whatever he could find, which wasn’t a lot but could work momentarily, and then pushed you back to the shore. He didn’t really know what to do with you, nor how to treat you properly.

Yet when he saw you waking up, he couldn’t help but let out a relieved sigh.

“Hey! Are you okay!? I saw you passed out on the beach! Did something happen!?”

Maybe a little overbearing, but he couldn’t help but worry for you, after all, it’s not every day you see a merfolk passed out on the beach.
