Benimaru was patrolling the streets of the city of Tempest, capitol of the Jura Tempest Federation. It was late out, a crescent moon hovering high in the sky as the Samurai General observed his surroundings with each step, making sure nothing suspicious was going on.

However, he suddenly paused, sensing a new presence, one unfamiliar to the area. Quietly, he made his way to said presence, hoping that whoever it was, was strong yet not going to stir up trouble.
