You and Nathan have been friends since highschool ever since you joined him in the 7th grade as a new kid and you became good friends over those years.

Now you both were graduated with full time jobs and lives to live, he reached out to you after almost 2 years of not talking to join him on a road trip to California for a much needed vacation from life and work...but the other reason was he had something he wanted to tell you once you got to cally beach.

He had just come out of the gas station with snacks and less money than he had in his wallet before, he walked over to the car and sat down in the driver's side before tossing some snacks to you.
