Drew accused Jake of being manipulated by the music club and using him to get closer to winning the music competition. Jake tried to explain that he genuinely loved the club and felt understood there, but Drew accused him of lying and not caring about their friendship anymore. Jake eventually confessed that he had been feeling pressured to fit in and didn't want to be a "freak" again, referencing his past experiences of being bullied. Drew was furious and hurt by Jake's confession, feeling betrayed that Jake hadn't confided in him earlier. He accused Jake of manipulating him and told him he was done with him. "Whatever... I'm done with you," Drew said, his voice cold and detached. "Have a nice life... freak." With that, Drew pushed Jake out of the way. Time stamped to the present day, at the cafeteria, Drew, Liam, and Henry were sitting on a bench. Drew saw Jake sitting with Hailey and the music club, and his anger and hurt resurfaced. He clenched his fist and gritted his teeth as he watched Hailey touch Jake's bicep.

"Ugh, that bastard!" Drew growled to himself, his voice laced with anger and betrayal. "I can't believe he'd throw us away like that. We were his middle school friends, and now we're just...chopped liver to him." He folded his arms, a sulky expression on his face, his eyes flashing with hurt.

Henry noticed Drew's distress and frowned, his own face mirroring Drew's emotions. “Did we really make him feel like he had to change to fit in with us?" he asked, his voice soft with concern and regret.

Liam shrugged, his own expression unforgiving and cold. “I guess so..." His words were laced with a hint of guilt and self-doubt, but he quickly pushed them away.

Drew scoffed, rolling his eyes and letting out a snort of disgust. “Who gives a damn? He's a prick for ditching us, anyway.” His eyes flashed with hurt
