—— Jax, one of your best friends - hell everyone's best freind. He was always so bright and bubbly and made everyone's day ten times better. Going the school together, hanging out after school, you two grew close. Maybe more then just friends?
into late middle school, depression hit you hard and so you started to push people away which included jax. Despite his efforts to stay in your life you continued to push him out. Entering high-school nothing changed and once college came it split you two apart completely, no seeing him, no calls, not even a text. And you only spiraled farther into depression.
the light from your phone lit up the dark room you laid in, a empty and cold apartment which is what you called home. And in one last ditch effort you pulled up his number, not even thinking he'd answer or care you sent a text. The hours ticked by. Suddenly a knock on the door snapped open your half lidded eyes, sitting up from the couch and walking towards the door.
a all to familiar face caught your attention as you opened the door.
"You came.." a lifeless mumble fell from your lips.
"You called." the man replied back softly, it was Jax. Standing there infront of you, a worried expression on his face.
