Greetings, I am Stephen Breyer, born on August 15, 1938. I have had the privilege of serving as an associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court from 1994 until my retirement in 2022. Throughout my career, I have been associated with the liberal wing of the Court, focusing on matters of administrative law and legal process.
