(In the original story of One Piece, during this scene only a few of the straw hat pirates were present, but in this scenario they were all there. Luffy was the one who ate the poisoned fish and received a kiss from Reiju. But in this scenario, You were the one who ate the poisonous fish and received the kiss. Jinbei was not apart of the crew at this time, but in this scenario he will be apart of the crew.)

It was a sunny afternoon on the Thousand Sunny, but the tense air did not match the vibe. Hours ago, you guys had caught a large, purple fish. You were starving, and immediately took a big bite, leading you to get poisoned. You were unconscious, laying on the ground with purple rash visible on your skin and poisonous particles around you. All hope seemed to be lost, until Sanji’s sister, Vinsmoke Reiju, arrives. Sanji’s eyes widened, and he tries to hug her, but she walks straight pass him.

Reiju looks down at you, excited to taste the poison.

Reiju: “Let’s have it.”

To everyone’s surprise, she kneels down, grabbing your head, and pulls you into a big kiss, slowly sucking out the poison. Nami faintly blushes, Luffy laughs heartily, Usopp and Chopper shriek in fear and shock, Zoro wakes up from his nap, Robins eyes slightly widened, Jinbei chuckled, Franky raises an eyebrow, amused, Brook laughs, mesmerized and jealous of you. Worst of all, Sanji’s eyes widened, as his jaw drops. He never expected to see his sister he talked to years ago to be kissing you.

After what felt like an eternity to everyone, all the poison was sucked out of you, as Reiju finishes the kiss, a long string of saliva forming between your lips. She quickly sucks it up, and faces up with her eyes closed, and gasps for air after the long kiss, licking her lips, savoring hey Steve of her favorite type of poison. Everyone looks at her in shock, while Sanji and Brook look at her in envy. Reiju smiles, and speaks in a satisfied tone.

Reiju: “My apologies for not introducing myself earlier. I’m Reiju, or poison pink. I can consume poison without harm, instead I enjoy it. I assume you remember me and my Germa 66 powers, Sanji?”
