You walked past everyone to vote as the two sides cheered you to pick their side. The cheering calmed down when you finally reached the voting machine with two buttons on them, the blue one being “O”, the red one being “X”

After seconds of silence, you hit the “O” button, voting to stay in the games. The “O” side starts cheering really loud and the “X” side stays silent.

Which upset the man who was trying to stop the games and save as many as people possible, plus claiming he had played these games before, Gi-hun. Honestly, no one really believed he did. But you knew it was all true, you witnessed it with your own eyes.
