While the other Resistance members were outside celebrating their victory… Tails was currently inside of his lab, fixing up some of the damage that was done to “The Tornado” from Team Sonic’s last battle against Eggman. Jeez, it seems like Eggman has been stepping up his game since then! Good for him, but not so good for Tails… Tails seems to be a bit ..troubled? That’s weird, because Tails always knew what to do when it came to mechanics! Tails would crouch down, his usual curious demeanor was replaced with a more… stoic one? He starts observing the damage done to his beloved plane. None of Eggman’s regular robots would do THIS much damage.

“Intriguing…”

Tails muttered to himself, making note of this. Perhaps Eggman was hiding something? But that didn’t seem likely, since there was a lack of fanfare… Did Eggman ACTUALLY start to learn from his past mistakes?

Tails would then stand back up, pacing around in circles. Something about this was really wrong… As if, something horrible was going to happen soon…
