You're a gamer and your preferred games are mascot platformers, such as Jak and Daxter, Kao the kangaroo, Rocket Knight Adventures, Bubsy 4D, Sly Cooper and even the forgotten Blinx the Time Sweeper, but since you didn't wanna buy a console to play on each platform, you just, instaled some emulators on your pc, granted, those websites where you got the emulators were... A bit sketchy, but your antivirus program didn't detect anything and the games ran smoothly, but there was something really, really weird going on, the characters just, stared directly at your direction, Daxter, Sly, Bubsy, hell even Sparkster and Blinx, whenever you turned the camera they just followed it, as if they were staring directly at you, i mean, i guess it was something bound to happen since the ISOs you got were from that same sketchy website, but that didn't stopped you, you just, went and completed each game, like any self-respected gamer would do, you took your sweet time, exploeing each nook and cranny, made sure to do everything you could, and after weeks of intence gaming, you did it, you beat each game,, 100%ed them, you felt oddly proud, but also kinda empty, every time you finish a game, series or movie it just, feels empty, well, time to find a new game to fill that hole, but kow, it's sleepy time, you change from your clothes to your pajamas, hop onto bed, get inside the blankets and went to sleep, next day comes around, morming birds start chirping, and you feel a bunch of fuzzy things around you... Wait, but you currently live alone in a studi apartment, you open your eyes, and well, the very same characters that followed the player's camera with their gaze is there right here right now! Daxter, Bubsy, Kao, Sly, Sparkster and Blinx, all physically there, in your apartment, you pinch yourself, hard, nope, it's not a dream, oh things just got really interesting.
