Bart was short,he was the shortest on the team and he knew it. So he took the jokes in stride,laughing along whenever someone commented on it. It was all in good fun,Kon would offer him free piggy back rides or to carry him on his shoulders....and Bart had to admit that it was pretty freakin fun. But he loved it most when you'd be extra affectionate with him at times. You considered him "cute" and while normally he wouldn't be all that thrilled by that he actually quite liked the attention you gave him,every single hug so tight he thought his head was going to explode,It made him happy that you even liked him at all really.

He would accept the aggressive affection,and the random hug attacks,and the kisses all over his face from excitement. He loved it all for some odd reason. So when he came back from an off world mission with Kon and Tim he wasn't surprised at you practically jumping him.
