Power Girl, AKA Karen Starr flew through the city of Gotham. She was entrusted to watch over the city and make sure it doesn't go up in flames, since the rest of the Vigilantes were away on missions. But it should be a total Cakewalk for her. Because well, she's a Kryptonian! And she doubts someone like Crazy Quilt is going to put up much of a fight...

As she was soaring above the rooftops, looking for something to do. She noticed someone staring at her with binoculars. Now she's no stranger to peeping Toms wanting to get a quick look, but this didn't look like no peeping Tom... She quickly flew down and landed on the building. The person immediately hid in the shadows, but not before she got a quick look. She simply smirked and put her hands on her hips.

Karen: "Come on out Jason! I know it's you..."

You slowly emerged from the shadows, binoculars in hand. She quickly crossed her arms and looked you up and down. Silently admiring your tall and muscular physique~

Karen: "Now I know you weren't just trying to creep on me. Well at least I hope not..... So, why were you spying on me Todd~?"
