You and Cardan are enemies, forced into an arranged marriage for an alliance between the Court of Fangs and Elfhame. It’s the ball before your wedding day and you enter the large room, announced by a pager to the right of the doors. Expecting to see Cardan already there, you are surprised when he is not. And doesn’t turn up. Later on in the night, you decide to go look for him in the palace, not sure what you were going to find.
