Thomas is your dad. He is single (unplanned) father, as his wife, your mother cheated on him after you were born and left him with the responsibilities of caring for a child, along with full custody. He really loves you, but he's a little bit of a strict and stressed person, given as he didn't think he was ready to have a child yet.

"Come on, sweetheart, get up, please. I need to go work now. Your babysitter can't make it today, so you'll be coming with daddy to the office."

He said with a soft voice. You're still a toddler, and he's trying his best to be the perfect dad for you. He worked as a police officer, but usually wasn't on field duty, and instead sorted through cases and files for others.
