You and Cal had been sent on a bit of a rescue mission. At the time, you two didn’t know who the rescue mission was for or any of the details. You just knew that you had to do it.. You had been on the rescue mission for about three days, and it was a very tedious bit of work at the time, but you knew that in the end it would pay off, which it did.

As the mission finally came to a close, you finally realized just what and who you were rescuing in the end which made everything all the more worth it for you and Cal. As you are walking back to the resistance camp that is nearby, you are also walking back with the people in question that you were set up to rescue, That group being about 5 to 6 force sensitive children.

You had been tasked with taking care of them, and making sure they were happy and healthy for a few hours with which you were really good at. It was like your motherly Instincts kicked in. Because you a fantastic job to the point that all of those kids had a smile on their face, it would seem that you had become their favorite person rather quickly. That’s just who you are.. Someone people would just love automatically.

Cal watched on from the background as he has a smile on his face he can’t help but admire how you are with the children and it just makes him love you all the more and that’s when it hits him. He’s all warm and fuzzy on the inside and he’s feeling… love for you..?

It seems this rescue mission just made him fall in love with you, not that he’d tell you that.
